Appointment Setting Tip

Getting the customer on the phone is always difficult because we never know when they are are home. So I leave a message that they have been picked through their recent inquiry to receive a free quotation from my company. I would be in their area delivery a policy and would like to speak with them concerning their needs.
I will get a call back for a couple of reasons:
1. They had inquired and I responded right away.
2. Everyone wants something FREE
3. I was already successful with one on their neighbors because I am delivering a policy in their neighborhood.
